1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at pratik@redfinch.in. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process.

3. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost. Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item for our records.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return process should be followed.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to personalized or customized products. These items are exempt from our standard return policy.
